Booking a Ride
Booking is simple—call or text

Information We Collect for Your Ride
To coordinate your ride smoothly, we may record the details below in our scheduling/dispatch system:
- Cell phone number (including country code, if applicable)
- First name
- Number of passengers
- Pickup address or business name
- Drop-off address or business name
- Airline / flight details (for airport transportation requests)
- Notes to support your trip (timing, luggage, accessibility, etc.)
We use your information only for scheduling, communication, and service delivery. We do not sell your personal information.
On-Demand Rides
On-demand rides are “as soon as possible” requests. Once your ride is accepted and assigned, it’s treated as planned and we begin coordinating pickup.
On-demand is available for local trips and long-distance rides, including airport transportation (as availability allows).
Reservations
Reservations are scheduled pickups set in advance (we recommend at least 2 hours notice whenever possible).
A percentage deposit may be required to confirm certain reservations and all contracted services.
Deposits & Payment
To lock in timing—especially for reservations, special events, and dedicated driver service—we require a percentage deposit.
The deposit amount and remaining balance timing will be confirmed during booking.
Payment options and instructions are provided directly by Pinnacle Ride Services. If anything looks unusual or inconsistent with what we shared, please call or text us right away at (909) 936-5905.
Cancellations & Refunds
We understand plans change. Our refund amounts depend on how much notice we receive. If your ride has already been dispatched or the driver is en route,
we may retain a portion of the payment to cover time and travel.

If you have a card on file for a confirmed booking, we may charge applicable cancellation fees based on the schedule above.
Special Events, Dedicated Drivers & Large Groups
These services require advance planning and a deposit to hold the time. Cancellation terms are confirmed in writing during booking.
In general, the closer you are to the event date, the smaller the refund becomes due to reserved time and staffing.
If you book close to your event date, we may allow a short cancellation window after booking (when feasible).

Changes or Rescheduling by Pinnacle Ride Services
If we ever need to adjust timing due to scheduling or road conditions, we’ll contact you as early as possible with options.
If we must cancel and cannot provide an alternative, any prepaid amount will be refunded.
Wait Time
When schedule allows, we can wait briefly at stops or pickups. We include up to 10 minutes of complimentary wait time for standard rides.
Additional wait time may be billed at $1 per minute.
During peak weekends or heavy demand, complimentary wait time may be reduced.
Errand Runs
Need multiple quick stops around the Big Bear area? Errand Runs are designed for locals and visitors who want efficient, organized transportation for errands,
pickups, and short multi-stop trips. Pricing depends on your route and number of stops—ask us when you book.
Pricing Overview
Rates vary based on pickup/drop-off locations, passenger count, day/time, and seasonal demand.
Local rides are typically route-based, while long-distance rides are often quoted by time and travel requirements.
We’ll provide a clear quote before confirming your booking.
We do not charge off-hours fees.
Discounts
We’re proud to offer discounts for Veterans and Senior Citizens (65+).
Please mention your discount at the time of booking so we can apply it correctly. Discounts may be limited during peak demand periods or on contracted event packages.
